The Horrors - Primary Colours

I didn't like the Horrors' first album (Strange House). Hardly anything worked for me there. But I thought I'd give this new one a chance since everyone was calling it a masterpiece. And I was not disappointed. The new psychedelic sound really works well, and the band have ended up creating some of the best songs I've heard all year: Who Can Say, New Ice Age, Primary Colours are my favourites, but the others are also brilliant. Not to mention the album closer Sea Within A Sea, which is nothing short of epic.
