Finally, Editors have announced that they will be entering the studio soon to record their new album. The record will be the band's fourth, following 2009's epic In This Light And On This Evening, and also the first with their new line-up, having replaced guitarist Chris Urbanowicz in 2012 with two new members.
There are twelve songs set to be recorded for the album: six that have been played in full live (Sugar, Nothing, Two Hearted Spider, The Sting, A Ton Of Love and Formaldehyde), two that have been played acoustically (What Is This Thing Called Love?, The Weight Of Your Love), and four unheard (Honesty, The Phone Book, Hyena and Bird Of Prey - the latter of which has been around since the sessions for their last album). Other than that, no more information is available - except for the fact that the band clearly can't get enough of the word 'love'. Also, spiders and the weight of stuff.
